The church is at the end of the village adjacent to Mapledurham House and the River Thames.
There is a church car park.
Services follow the contemporary form of Common Worship.
The Parish Church of St Margaret is within the Parish of Caversham Thameside and Mapledurham. Our other Parish Churches are St Peter Caversham and St John the Baptist Caversham.
